Watch the highlights from Mamelodi Sundowns’ 2-1 victory over Wydad Casablanca in their Caf Champions League Group A encounter at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday evening.
The Brazilians kicked off their campaign with a difficult 2-1 loss away to Lobi Stars of Nigeria last weekend and were desperate to get up and running in the competition.
Wydad, on the other hand, smashed ASEC Mimosa 5-2 in their opening game to get off to the perfect start.

Mimosa, from the Côte d’Ivoire, then got their campaign going by beating Nigerian side Lobi Stars 1-0 earlier on Saturday, putting the pressure on Sundowns prior to kick-off.
Masandawana, however, rose to the occasion as a brace from Themba Zwane fired the South African side past the Moroccan giants in a tense encounter which saw tempers boil over in the end. Zwane’s efforts ensured that each team in Group A sits level on three points.
