Mamelodi Sundowns announced that the club have extended the contract of forward Anthony Laffor.
The Liberian’s future came under question as he entered the final six-month of his contract at Chloorkop.
The club have put any speculation to bed, however, announcing that Laffor has put pen to paper extending his stay with the Brazilians.
The player has enjoyed a good run of form recently, contributing with some important goals, which convinced the club to sign him on. Although Downs did not specify the duration of the contract, it is believed that it is a one-year deal, with an option for a further year due to the 33-year-old’s age.
