Mamelodi Sundowns attacker Themba Zwane is set to make his return to the squad ahead of their Tshwane derby against SuperSport United this weekend.

The 30-year-old was forced to watch from the bench as his sides his side suffered a 1-0 defeat to Orlando Pirates in their previous Absa Premiership clash.

Zwane was illegible to play due to a one-match suspension after picking up his fourth yellow card in the league.

However, Zwane will now return to the squad when they take on Tshwane rivals SuperSport in their next league encounter at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Sunday.

The Brazilians current sit second in the league standings with 32 points from 17 matches played so far this season, trailing log leaders Kaizer Chiefs by nine points.
