Watch as Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane has a touching encounter with Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel during the 2022 Fifa Club World Cup.

The Red Devils managed to secure their second consecutive bronze medal at the competition following their impressive 4-0 victory over Al-Hilal for the third-place deciding match.

Meanwhile, Thomas Tuchel led his team to victory in the final after they defeated Brazilian side Palmeiras 2-1 to clinch their first-ever Fifa Club World Cup trophy.

During the medal ceremony, as Mosimane was waiting to receive his bronze medal, he was approached by the Blues manager, who shook his hand, hugged him and exchanged a few words.

“Thomas Tuchel, I’m not moved so much by what he said to me, I’m moved by him walking up to me, I’m there on the queue minding my business,” Mosimane told the ‘Ultimate Sports Show’ on Metro FM.

“I mean, I see Thomas Tuchel coming, the guy moved away from there to come to me and say things to me.

“They speak of research, they know who you are, they know what you do, they know who you coached before.

“They know what you have achieved, they care to know, he said only inspiring things. You just get humbled by this guy who has won the Uefa Champions League.”
