Kaizer Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki has not ruled out signing more players after admitting that they are always on the lookout for potential new talent.
The Soweto giants have already captured the services of Pule Mmodi, Tebogo Potsane, Thatayaone Ditlhokwe, Mduduzi Mdantsane, Spiwe Msimango, Ranga Chivaviro and Edson Castillo.
Meanwhile, the Glamour Boys have also added 17-year-old attacking midfield Vicky Mkhawana to their roster after they promoted him from the development squad.
Ntseki has not ruled out adding more players to their squad as he stated that the club are always looking for quality players to add value to the squad.
“At the end of last year, we did what you can call a squad audit and we identified players we wanted to bring in. We signed some of them before the end of last season because we wanted to beef up the squad and strengthen it,” Ntseki told his club’s official website.
“We did careful profiling and the new recruits are quality players. You could see some of them playing today. I think they did very well. I think the combination between Given and TT is very good. Edson Castillo has never played in South Africa before but you could see the quality” he said.
“A big club like Kaizer Chiefs is always looking for quality,” he said. ”If there is quality elsewhere and you have done a proper assessment of a player, you’ll always be looking at reinforcing your team and bringing in such players.”
