Kaizer Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki admits his side had a “shaky” performance against TS Galaxy at the Mbombela Stadium on Sunday.
Amakhosi are still in search of their first win in the DStv Premiership following their 1-0 defeat to the Rockets.
This was Chiefs’ second straight defeat in the league after they went down 2-1 to Mamelodi Sundowns in their previous match.
The defeat leaves Chiefs sitting in 13th place on the table with only one point, while Galaxy have moved up to third place on the log with seven points in three matches.
Ntseki bemoans his side’s missed chance and felt they could have been more clinical in the final third.
“And when you go to the last game we played before this one, we were very much spot on in terms of our plan, in terms of the execution and I think today if you look at how we started, we were a bit shaky because we were not on the ball as much as we’d like to,” Ntseki told SuperSport TV after the game.
“But after 15 minutes, you could see us playing more possession game, keeping the ball, making combinations and it’s just unfortunate that the few chances we got maybe in the first-half we could not bury them.”
