Kaizer Chiefs youngster Wandile Duba says he is coming for Orlando Pirates ahead of the highly-anticipated Soweto derby encounter at the FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The 19-year-old made only his third appearance for Amakhosi but his first senior start this season.
The Chiefs academy graduate made his presence felt after scoring a beauty of a goal to hand Chiefs a 1-0 win over Golden Arrows.
Duba has already turned his attention to the upcoming Soweto derby and he is ready to showcase his talent against their arch-rivals.
“It’s not something that you can worry about. I think the physios will do something but I’ll be ok for the derby,” Duba told SuperSport TV after the game.
“They should expect me because I’m coming.
“They did tell me if I believe in myself, I will score because I’ve been working hard in training.”
Duba says he drew inspiration from Manchester City star Phil Foden, who also scored a stunning goal this past weekend to hand his side the win in the Manchester derby.
“Did you see Foden in the Manchester derby, did you see what he did? He got inside and scored,” he added.
