Mamelodi Sundowns extended their unbeaten run in the DStv Premiership following their 2-0 win over Chippa United at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday.
The Brazilians cruised to yet another victory over the Chilli Boys after Teboho Mokoena opened the scoring in the ninth minute, but an 85th-minute goal by Tashreeq Matthews put the game to bed.
As a result, Sundowns opened a 12-point gap at the summit of the table with 45 points after 19 games, while Chippa are placed 11th on the log with 23 points from 20 matches.
