Orlando Pirates midfielder Jacky Motshegwa insists that he is ready to return to the Buccaneers in search of game time with the Soweto club.
The 28-year-old will return to Pirates following his loan spell at National First Division champions Baroka FC, who gained promotion to the Absa Premiership.
Motshegwa revealed that he will be meeting with Pirates soon to discuss his future at the club.
‘I am still left with a year on my contract with Pirates. I will be meeting with the club soon to discuss my future,’ Motshegwa told KickOff.
The former Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder insisted that he is ready to contend for game-time at Pirates but if unsuccessful he is willing to return to Baroka.
‘I am ready to stay with Pirates but provided I get game time. If that’s not possible, I am ready to continue with my stay with Baroka next season.’
Over the course of the season, Mitshegwa has scored a total of seven goals while picking up two assists from 34 appearances in all competitions.
