Club Brugge have unveiled the signing of winger Shandre Campbell from DStv Premiership outfit SuperSport United.

The 18-year-old joins the club for an undisclosed fee after putting pen to paper on a three-year contract.

The South African winger is an academy graduate of SuperSport of breaking into the senior team during the 2023-24 season.

Campbell arrives at the Belgian club after an impressive debut season with SuperSport in which he scored five goals and registered six assists in 30 appearances across all competitions.

The Belgian club have released the following statement on the matter, which reads:

Club NXT has welcomed Shandre Campbell. The 18-year-old South African joins from SuperSport United and will start his European adventure at Club where he will start with Club NXT.

Shandre is an academy graduate from SuperSport United who had a huge impact on the team last season with five goals and six assists in thirty games. The left-footed winger now joins Club on a three-year contract.

The transfer of Shandre lines up perfectly with our ambition to recruit and furter develop young talent with a tailord program and coaching.

Shandre will join his teammates tomorrow (Thursday) for the first training session.
