Golden Arrows have continued to strengthen their squad after acquiring the services of Namibian goalkeeper Edward Maova.
The 29-year-old joins the club on a permanent basis from Motsepe Foundation Championship outfit the University of Pretoria.
Maova brings a wealth of experience, having previously played for Rundu Chiefs, Civics FC, AmaTuks, Royal Eagles, TS Sporting and Pretoria Callies FC.
The Namibian shot-stopper has now become the club’s fifth signing behind Keenan Phillips, Ismail Watenga, Lwanda Mbanjwa and Bongani Cele.
“We are delighted to announce the signing of shot-stopper extraordinaire, Edward Maova, aka ‘The Great Wall of Namibia’,” Arrows announced.
