AmaZulu president Sandile Zungu says his side are determined to bring home silverware during the 2024-25 season.
The Durban-based outfit finished 12th in the league last campaign and missed out on securing a spot in the MTN8 this season.
Usuthu also made it to last 16 of the Carling Knockout Cup and went as far as the quarter-finals in the Nedbank Cup last season.
Zungu has outlined the club’s goals for the new season and will be looking to secure silverware this campaign as well as securing their place in the CAF competition.
“I can promise our fans that this upcoming 2024/25 season, we are determined to bring the trophy home,” Zungu told his club’s official website.
“This is a season that we want to finish in the top four. It’s a season that we want to qualify for the CAF competitions, whether it’s CAF Champions League or CAF Confederation Cup.”
“This means we have to be in the top three or number two. If it’s possible that we can win the league, we’ll take that opportunity.”
“I feel we have players and coaches that are capable of winning us the 2024/25 league title.”
