Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has announced his 38-player preliminary squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Uganda and South Sudan in November.

The South African national team are scheduled to face Uganda at the Mandela National Stadium on November 15 before taking on South Sudan at Cape Town Stadium four days later.

South Africa will come into this fixture after playing out to a 1-1 draw against Congo at the Stade Alphonse Massemba-Debat Stadium on October.

Bafana currently occupy second place in Group K with eight points from four games, having won two and drew two matches.

Hugo Broos is expected to announce his final 23-player squad in the coming days.
