Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has shared his thoughts on the club’s three new signings following their performances against AmaZulu.

The Glamour Boys were forced to settle for a point after playing out to a thrilling 2-2 draw against Usuthu at the FNB Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Nabi was happy with the performances of his new signings and believes they will add value to the team moving forward

“Tashreeq, Lilepo and Thabo Cele the proof is that the two goals we scored, one on Tashreeq, the second one on Lilepo, even though Thabo Cele got a little bit tired, he brings a lot of fluidity in midfield, a lot of smartness too,” Nabi told SuperSport TV after the game.

“And unfortunately Lilepo and Tashreeq and even Thabo, were a little bit tired in the second half and we felt if they had more preparation they could have helped more.

“But we feel that the three signings are very good and they are gonna help the team a lot.”

The Tunisian mentor also added that he felt they deserved to win the Soweto derby encounter against Orlando Pirates.

“We feel that it’s a game we deserve to win,” he added.

“All the opportunities that we got, although the opponent had some opportunities but we had a lot of opportunities to win this game and we feel that we deserve to win it,” h added.
