Thulani Serero has finally returned to the Mother City after completing his move to Cape Town City from Khor Fakkan SSC.

The 34-year-old arrives at the club permanently after parting ways with the UAE Pro League.

Serero brings a wealth of experience, having previously played for Ajax Cape Town, Ajax Amsterdam, Vitesse Arnhem, Al-Jazira Club and Khor Fakkan.

The former Bafana Bafana midfielder scored 34 goals and registered 33 assists in 450 appearances across all competitions.

Throughout his career, Serero won three Eredivisie titles and the Johan Cruijff Shield with Ajax, while securing the UAE Supercup trophy and UAE Pro League title with Al Jazira.
