Thamsanqa Gabuza’s future at Orlando Pirates remains uncertain after his contact at the Buccaneers expired on Thursday.
The 28-year-old is thought to have an option on the three-year deal that he signed when joining Pirates in 2013, there is still no word on whether the option will be exercised, reports KickOff.com.
The former Golden Arrows striker confirmed that his contract at the Mayfair has already expired but will wait on the Buccaneers to resolve his future.
Gabuza may not have had the best of season’s at Pirates but the forward has managed to book his place in the Bafana Bafana squad over the last year.
The forward managed to score three goals and created two assists from 20 appearances in all competitions for Pirates last season, helping his side to a seventh place finish in the Absa Premiership.
