The 29-year-old was one of many players left out of the Buccaneers squad for their pre-season training in the North West.

Amongst the players left out are Felipe Ovono, Yasser Mugwera, and Rooi Mahamutsa, who now will be training on their own while the rest of the squad prepares for the new season.

A source confirmed that Major’ is not part of coach Muhsin Ertugral’s plans for next season, according to a KickOff.com

‘Majoro is leaving Pirates,’ the source said.

‘In fact, he is good as gone. The coach has only taken the players he intends to work with next season to pre-season camp.’

Bloemfontein Celtic have recently been linked with a move for the strike but were unable to secure his services.
