Orlando Pirates are set to send striker Helder Pelembe out on loan to Golden Arrows a source close to the club has reported.
With Bucs open to bids for the forward they have yet to receive a solid offer for the sale of their player.
The club has, however, allegedly attracted interest from a host of Premiership sides, with the Mozambican’s loan to Arrows now looking the most likely destination.
‘Pirates says if he wants to join another team that team must pay, meaning they must buy him from Pirates,’ a source told KickOff. But with no offer forthcoming, the loan deal is looking likely.
Pelembe was farmed out to Bloemfontein Celtic last season and has not linked up with the rest of the Buccaneers squad for preseason training under new coach Muhsin Ertugral.
Pelembe made just 11 appearances in all competitions for Celtic last term.
