Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech says Leicester City will have to deal with the pressure that comes after winning the Premier League title.
The Foxes won their first-ever Premier League title despite odds of 5000-1 to be crowned champions at the start of the 2015-16 season, reports the Arsenal website.
Cech believes the added expectation could work to in favour of the Gunners when the two side’s meet at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
‘Last season was unbelievable for them and this year they have to confirm that,’ Cech said.
‘It is much harder than just having one season, so they will have a lot of pressure on them. Hopefully, we can take advantage because they are not used to it.
The former Chelsea shot-stopper insists that his side have been training hard to prepare for the match after suffering a 4-3 defeat against Liverpool on Sunday.
‘After the [Liverpool] game we were back training and we started the preparation for the weekend. We do everything we can to make sure we are ready to win the game,’ Cech added.
Kick-off has been set for 16:00.
