Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri says he is confident that the trio of Jamie Vardy, Wes Morgan and Andy King will all be available for their clash with Crystal Palace on Saturday.
The Foxes return to Premier League action when they welcome the Eagles to the King Power Stadium following their 1-0 victory over Kobenhavn in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
The Italian manager says he is keeping a close eye on the fitness of his squad and he will be hoping Vardy, Morgan and King will be well rested for their next match, despite respective injuries.
‘King, Morgan and Vardy [didn’t train today], but I think tomorrow they will be okay,’ Ranieri told the Leicester City website.
‘Vardy had a little pain in the groin in the first half [against Copenhagen] and he needed a little rest. We just want to be sure he recovers well.
‘King had a kick on his shin. I think all three will be okay.’
Meanwhile, the Foxes will be without the services of defensive midfielder Papy Mendy as he is still recovering from his ankle injury.
Leicester City against Crystal Palace kicks off at 16:00.
