Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is desperate to secure the one elusive honour in his illustrious career … a Premier League winners medal.

Ibrahimovic, who has won numerous league titles with Barcelona, PSG and the Milans, has his heart set on glory in England following a summer move from Paris.

‘Oooof, it would be fantastic!’ Ibrahimovic exclaimed, smiling.

‘If I could win the Premier League, the next day I would stop playing football … almost! We have been a little bit unlucky in certain games, but we believe and when you believe it will come. Hopefully I can win it and I will win it.

‘I have played at other massive clubs, every club is massive and if it was not massive it became massive when I came! Everything we do here is huge, it’s not local, it’s global, it’s to reach out worldwide.

‘Every medal has its story,’ Zlatan said. ‘It’s difficult to say because I have one from every country I went to.’

Ibrahimovic has claimed one title in England so far after his goal earned United the FA Community Shield in August.
