Ajax Cape Town cruised to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Bloemfontein Celtic at the in the Absa Premiership on Saturday evening.
The match got off to a good start with the Urban Warriors starting off with a good tempo while plying the pressure on the home side.
However, Ajax managed to broke the deadlock in the 20th minute when Mdabuka finished off a brilliant attack with a good finish.
Mdabuka came close to doubling his side’s lead in the 30th minute with a strike from 25-yards out before hitting the woodwork.
The match went into the interval with Ajax deservedly leading by 1-0 to Bloem Celtic.
The home side were awarded a penalty in the 51st minute when Nyondo was brought down by Mark Mayambela and Nyatama stepped up to take the kick but struck the crossbar.
Prince Nxumalo doubled his side’s lead made in the 68th minute with a calm finish from close range after being set up by Thabo Mosadi.
Masuku nearly pulled one back for Celtic in the 78th minute from the free-kick but his curling effort was well saved by Jody February.
The Urban Warriors all but sealed the victory in the 88th minute when Mosadi finished off the scoring when he lobbed the ball over Tignyemb.
