Former Orlando Pirates striker Bruce Ramokadi believes the Buccaneers are in dire need of a new young coach with a fresh perspective on the footballing world.
The Buccaneers are currently placed 10th on the Absa Premiership standings with 18 points after playing 14 matches, which they have only won four.
Ramokadi believes that the Sea Robbers are in need of a new head coach with a fresh perspective of the game of football.
‘I think they need a new young coach with new ideas,’ Ramokadi told Goal.com.
However, Ramokadi says he feels that interim coach Augusto Palacios is better off suited, being a physical training having had first-hand experience.
‘I think Palacios is good for me as a physical trainer. He has coached me before, but I feel that he is better off a physical trainer than a head coach,’ He added.
Orlando Pirates will next lock horns with Bidvest Wits in the Absa Premiership on February 3.
The match at Ellis Park kicks off at 20:00.
