Varsity Rugby kicks off today with Wits hosting Shimlas. It is never easy betting on an opening match but with Wits receiving 17.5 points from the bookies and playing at home it is too good an opportunity to pass on . I am putting down R600 to win R500 plus my stake back. Don’t go too crazy on this first round. Rather see it as a fun lecture and try to learn from it.
Wits should see off Shimlas with a 17.5 head start!
