SoccerClub takes a look at the latest Fifa World Rankings with the top five teams in the world remaining unchanged for the February ranking. 

In total, 60 matches counted towards the latest ranking. These included the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (32 games), the 2017 Copa Centroamericana (15 games) and international friendlies (13 games).

Despite the many successes from the Americas over the preceding weeks, the composition of the top five teams remains unchanged for the February ranking, with Argentina (1), Brazil (2), Germany (3), Chile (4) and Belgium (5) holding on to their positions.

Meanwhile, France have swapped places with Colombia and have now moved into 6th position on the World Rankings, while Colombia dropped to seventh place.

The remaining three teams in the top ten, including Portugal, Uruguay, and Spain, have all stalled in their respective positions.

South Africa have now dropped two places in the overall rankings and are now placed 563 after failing to qualify for the African Cup of Nation in Gabon.

The next FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking will be published on March 9, 2017.
