Orlando Pirates chairman Dr Irvan Khoza has confirmed that Bradley Carnell has resigned from his post as the clubs assistant coach.
The 40-year-old has stepped down from his post as assistant coach after a meeting with the Chairman Dr Irvin Khoza, who accepted his resignation.
‘We had a request just before the break from Bradley Carnell that he had an offer from a team overseas to extend his career,” Dr Khoza told the Orlando Pirates website.
Dr Khoza revealed that the 40-year-old choose to be released by the club as he sees his future somewhere else. The club has wished him well on his next journey in his coaching career.
‘He had asked for permission to go for an interview and such offer has now come in and he has accepted. He has also asked to be released which the Club duly agrees to.
‘The Club would like to wish Mr Carnell all the best in his future endeavours.’
