The Cheetahs have made four injury-enforced changes and two positional swaps to their starting lineup to face the Sunwolves in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
The Cheetahs’ victory against the Bulls came at a price, as prop Ox Nche, lock Reniel Hugo, flank Uzair Cassiem and centre Nico Lee have all been ruled out Saturday’s match against the Sunwolves.
Charles Marais replaces Nche at loosehead prop and Francois Uys comes in for Hugo in the second row. Niell Jordaan replaces Cassiem in the loose trio, but the former will play No 8 with Paul Schoeman shifting to flank.
Zee Mkhabela will earn his first Super Rugby start on the wing, in place of Ryno Benjamin, who will stand-in at outside centre in the absence of Lee.
Tom Botha, Armandt Koster, Henco Venter, Ali Mgijima and Ruan van Rensburg are the new additions to the bench.
