Stuart Baxter’s Bafana Bafana will lock horns with Tanzania as they prepare to defend their Cosafa Cup trophy on Sunday, 2 July.
The quarter-final clash is expected to take place at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Phokeng, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00.
The Taifa Stars made their way into the last eight of the competition after they finished top in Group A, following three fixtures.
Tanzania ended their group level on five points with Angola, but advanced into the quarter-finals due to a better goal difference.
The winner between South Africa and Tanzania will see them face the winners of the match between Botswana and Zambia on Wednesday, 5 July.
Bafana Bafana, Zambia and Zimbabwe are the only three nationals to have won the competition four times, with the South African national team winning it in 2002, 2007, 2008 and 2016.
