Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Donald Khuse says he is relishing the chance to see Amakhosi take on Mamelodi Sundowns in their Absa Premiership clash on Saturday.
The Glamour Boys currently occupy third place in the PSL standings with 29 points, trailing log leader Sundowns by five points.
Khuse says he is looking forward to seeing two of the biggest names in South African football go head-to-head in their upcoming clash at the FNB Stadium.
‘It’s one of those games I always look forward to,’ Khuse told his clubs official website, ‘especially now that we really have a momentum going with the team, having won four of their last five league matches.
‘We have a lot of quality in the team, including several youngsters with the right attitude.
‘Saturday’s match will be a big one. I can’t wait.’
The former Sundowns midfielder continue to say: ‘That’s because Sundowns had that urge to become a big club, like Chiefs, and to be able to achieve that they needed to beat us.
‘While Chiefs never want to lose against anyone. That vibe of two teams wanting to be the best makes these games so interesting.’
The match at the FNB Stadium kicks off at 20:15.
