Watch as Amajita coach Thabo Senong, and players Promise Mkhuma and Nkosingiphile Ngcobo speak to the media as the squad begin their preparations for the Caf African U20 Cup of Nations, set to take place in Niger.
The South African men’s U20 side kicked off a training camp on Tuesday as they look ahead to the U20 Afcon, which is set to take place from 24 February to 10 March 2019.
The team will travel to Nelspruit on Wednesday, where they will spend five days and play two friendly matches, including a match against Mozambican club Costa do Sol’s first team, a team who have recently played in the Caf Champions League.
The squad are then looking to fly out to Senegal, where they will play against Senegal’s U20’s in a friendly before flying to Niger for the tournament.
