Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos says they have studied their next opponent as they prepare for their much-win Africa Cup of Nations encounter against Tunisia.
South Africa will come into this clash high in confidence after claiming a 4-0 win over Namibia through a brace by Themba Zwane and goals by Percy Tau and Thapelo Maseko.
The win sees Bafana move up to second place in the Group E standings with three points, a point behind leaders Mali with four points after two matches.
Broos and his men are now fully focused on the task at hand ahead of their final group E encounter against Tunisia on Wednesday.
“It was a great game (against Namibia Sunday 21 January 2024) and a good win,” Broos said.
“Goal difference counts and we are happy with the result.
“We know what we need to do, the team knows what they need to do and the changes made on the day were tactical and needed. We will do the same against Tunisia. Every opponent we study and improve on our plan.”
