Helman Mkhalele has announced his 51-member preliminary Bafana Bafana squad for this year’s edition of the COSAFA Cup.

The competition this year is scheduled for June 26, 2024, to July 7, 2024. The final 23-man roster will be revealed by Mkhalele in the coming days.

Bafana Bafana, the hosts, were drawn into Group A alongside Botswana, Mozambique, and Eswatini in the COSAFA Cup on Friday.

The pool games are scheduled for June 26–July 3, 2024; the semifinals and final and third-place play-off are scheduled for July 5 and July 7, respectively.
