The national football team have already travelled to Ghana after an opening training session in South Africa on Monday morning.
Molefi Ntseki’s team will now train at the Cape Coast Stadium as they prepare for their mammoth clash with the Black Stars of Ghana on Thursday night.

The team will then return to South Africa where they will have to quickly focus on the game against Sudan at the Orlando Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Bafana captain spoke about the inspiration from Springbok captain Siya Kholisi and his squad and the need to get off to a fast start against Ghana.
