Baxter’s side now face table-toppers Libya, who beat Seychelles 5-1 in their opening tie, where another good performance would see them take top spot.

With Afcon qualification a must for Baxter, Bafana midfielder Furman believes his teammates have all shifted their focus away from their club sides and turned it to the national team as they look to qualify for a major tournament after missing out on a few in recent years.

Furman made his Bafana debut back in August 2008 and after playing for the national side for 10 years, the former Bafana Bafana captain is filled with regret over their failure to qualify for international tournaments.
