Safa president Dr Danny Jordaan speaks out on his plans for the second phase of Vision 2022 for every South African national team.

Jordaan would like to see South Africa’s U17 men and women qualify for the U17 Fifa World Cup by placing at least in the top three of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations.

He added that he wants South Africa U20 to qualify for their respective Fifa World Cup, while setting a goal for South African U23s to qualify for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Meanwhile, he has set a target for Bafana Bafana to qualify for Afcon 2021 and the Fifa World Cup 2022, while Banyana Banyana has to finish in the top three of the Afcon 2022 in order to qualify for the Fifa Women’s World Cup in 2023.
