Bloemfontein Celtic trio Bambanani Mbane, Shiwe Nongwanya and Zinhle Chabaku will represent Banyana Banyana in an international friendly match against France at Saint-Denis in Reunion Islands on January 22.

The clubs MD Rali Ramabodu says he is not surprised that interim coach Desiree Ellis has named Mbane, Nongwanya and Chabaku in her Banyana Banyana squad to face the French.
‘After winning the SASOL National Championship our ladies team players have been in the spotlight with everyone raving about their superb style of play, tactical acumen and zeal to prosper and were not surprise that the interim coach of BanyanaBanyana (Desiree Ellis) has named them in the squad to face France,’ Ramabodu told the Bloemfontein Celtic website.
Ramabodu believes the Celtic ladies possesses the quality and he is confident that the future looks bright for the squad.
