David Miller was honoured after making history in the ICC Champions Trophy to secure the fastest century in the history of the tournament.
The Proteas middle-order batter hit his unbeaten 100 runs from 67 balls as South Africa suffered a 50-run defeat to New Zealand in the semi-finals on Wednesday.
Miller has now broken the previous record set by Virender Sehwag (77-ball century) to etch his name in the record books.
