Bangladesh have won the toss and elected to bat in the first ODI against the Proteas in Kimberley.
AB de Villiers will make his first appearance for the South African side since the Champions Trophy tournament in June. JP Duminy and David Miller – who will be playing his 100th ODI – will also bolster the Proteas’ batting lineup.
Seamer Dane Paterson will make his ODI debut for South Africa.
Meanwhile, the visitors have been strengthened by the arrival of Mashrafe Mortaza and Shakib Al Hasan.
