The series has seesawed between the two sides after Pakistan had the first blow with a victory in the opening ODI.

The Proteas made two changes to their starting XI after Pakistan broke their seven-match unbeaten Pink Day streak. Wiaan Mulder and Dwaine Pretorius have replaced Beuran Hendricks and David Miller.
