Quinton de Kock scored his fourth Test century to help the Proteas set Pakistan 381 for victory in the third Test at Wanderers, writes KHALID MOHIDIN.
The first session was dominated by the Proteas who added over 100 runs to their overnight lead of 212.
Hashim Amla played a superbly measured knock of 71 off 144 balls before losing his scalp to a superb Hasan Ali delivery.
This allowed De Kock to play his free-flowing game as the pair shared a 102 run stand.

De Kock continued to bat superbly. He converted his 15th half-century into a fourth Test century.
His last century came in Cape Town against Sri Lanka a total of 40 innings ago on 2 January 2017 and his teammates and the crowd expressed their delight for him breaking the two-year ton drought.

De Kock continued to add insult to injury as he punished the Pakistan bowlers. After reaching his ton off 121 balls, with 15 fours, De Kock added three more fours and a six before he lost his wicket after equalling his career-best Test score.
Rabada lost his wicket shortly after having contributed 21 runs (three fours) and Pakistan wrapped up the Proteas for 303.
