The ICC have charged Kagiso Rabada for a level one offence for the send-off he gave David Warner during the third day of the Port Elizabeth Test.
The ICC released a tweet on Monday, while he was leading the destruction of Australia’s batting line-up on day four of the second Test.
Kagiso Rabada has been reported for a level 1 offence for the send-off given to David Warner during the third day of the Port Elizabeth Test. He has yet to respond to the charges. Details to follow in due course via the usual channels.

If found guilty, another demerit point will be added to his rap sheet. Rabada still awaits to hear the verdict after appealing a level two charge he received from brushing shoulders with Steve Smith on day one.

It is difficult to distinguish the line between what is an acceptable celebration for a fast bowler.
