Mislav Orsic scored the winner as Croatia defeated Morocco 2-1 in their third place playoffs of the World Cup at the Khalifa International Stadium on Saturday.

Josko Gvardiol put Croatia ahead with a superb header within seven minutes of the game before Achraf Dari found the equalising goal two minutes later.

However, Orsic sealed victory and third place for the 2018 runners-up with a 42nd minute curling effort to snatch the win for Croatia.
