Saturday at the Nedbank Golf Challenge was tough. The course was set up for risk and reward, with tough pins on the clover-shaped greens of Gary Player Country Club.
Louis Oosthuizen, while chasing the lead of Jeunghun Wang, gave up two bogeys at the end of his round, but remained three shots back in second place.
Oosthuizen has played the last three Nedbank Golf Challenges and has eight European Tour wins to go with his Claret Jug.
His rounds of 72, 66, 70 indicate that Sunday could go either way, but the fluid swing of Mossel Bay’s golf prodigy really suits the track.

Charl Schwartzel fought his way into a share of 25th with a four-under-par 68 that bandaged the 74 and 76 he shot in the first two rounds. The 2011 Masters champ finally got his long irons on point and rose 33 places up the leaderboard.
Branden Grace moved quietly into a share of fourth with a 71 to reach five under par for the tournament, while Jaco van Zyl slipped to sixth place with Henrik Stenson on four under par.
