How South Africa’s large overseas golf contingent performed over the past week.
Porsche European Open (DP World Tour)
Brandon Stone finished tied fifth on two under par, four shots behind the winner, Finland’s Kalle Samooja. Compleat Golfer‘s playing editor carded 76, 68, 73 and 69 at Green Eagle Golf Courses for his best finish of the season so far.
Justin Walters, the best placed of the South Africans going into the final round, had to settle for a share of 16th after a final-round 74 left him on even par. Thriston Lawrence‘s final-round 69 had him finishing T18 on one over.

Wilco Nienaber, Darren Fichardt and Richardt Sterne shared 40th on five over, with Zander Lombard T59 on eight over.
D+D REAL Czech Challenge (European Challenge Tour)
Tristen Strydom made a solid start to his Challenge Tour campaign finishing on six under for a share of 15th. He carded 69, 69, 67 and 69 to end eight shots behind Denmark’s Nicolai Kristensen and France’s Ugo Coussaud, with the former winning the playoff.
Deon Germishuys shot three under for the week for a share of 34th and Keenan Davidse one over (T53).
Behind them were Ruan Conradie (T66), Jacques Blaauw and Luke Jerling (T92) and Jayden Schaper (T108).
Memorial Tournament (PGA Tour)
After making his first PGA Tour cut since February, Garrick Higgo went on to finish T18 on two under (75, 71, 70, 70) at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio. That was 11 shots behind runaway winner, American Billy Horschel.
Erik van Rooyen missed the cut.

Principal Charity Classic (PGA Tour Champions)
In Des Moines, Iowa, Ernie Els shared 18th on nine under –nine shots behind Americans Jerry Kelly and Kirk Triplett. Kelly went on to win the playoff.
David Frost was down in T75 on six over.
Rex Hospitals Open (Korn Ferry Tour)
MJ Daffue‘s six under was only good enough for a share of 37th. American Davis Thompson (17 under) won the tournament.
International Series England (Asian Tour)
Justin Harding finished on eight under for the tournament at Spa & Golf Resort, Hexham, four shots behind Zimbabwean winner Scott Vincent.
Ian Snyman and Neil Schietekat ended up on four under in a share of ninth and Jaco Ahlers on even par (T25).
Bryce Easton finished 49th and Keith Horne 62nd.
Ladies Italian Open (Ladies European Tour)
Casandra Alexander narrowly missed a birdie putt on the last hole and a spot in the playoff by one stroke after finishing on nine under (71, 67, 69). Italian amateur Alessandra Fanali, England’s Megan MacLaren and Switzerland’s Morgane Metraux contested the playoff, which was won by Metreaux.
Lee-Anne Pace ended sixth on eight under and Stacy Lee Bregman T25 on level par.
