Charl Schwartzel shot 66 on Saturday at the PGA Tour Championship to move into a share of seventh place ahead of the final round.

The top 30 from the regular season tee up this week at East Lake Golf Club, all bidding to bring home the trophy.

The FedEx Cup concludes, and the leader in points goes home with a bonus of $10-million for his season.

Dustin Johnson was the favourite to win both trophies this week after he co-led on eight under par with Kevin Chappell. Rory McIlroy and Ryan Moore were tied third on six under par.

Schwartzel, the lone South African in the field, carded rounds of 74, 67, and 66 for seventh place going into Sunday.
