Serie A champions Juventus have signed winger Juan Cuadrado from Chelsea on a loan for three years with a view to a permanent move.
Juventus have the option to sign the player on a permanent basis for €25-million and are due to pay Chelsea €5-million per season for the duration of the loan, according to SkySports.
Cuadrado spent the whole of last season on loan at Juve, where he scored five goals and assisted a further eight from 41 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A side.
The Colombia international joined Chelsea from Fiorentina for a fee of £26.1-million last season following an impressive 2014 World Cup performance in Brazil.
However, Cuadrado has started just four Premier League games for Chelsea and was keen on securing a move back to Italian football.
