Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny says the team must ‘keep their feet on the floor’ following their comprehensive victory over Basel in the Champions League.
Arsenal have been in fine form of late, winning six out of seven games in all competitionsWe’ve been in fine form, winning six of our past seven games in all competitions.
However, the Gunners stand-in captain has warned his side against getting carried away following their recent string of results
‘When we have good movement, with the quality and speed of our passing and when it is on a high level, we can be a danger in every situation,’ Koscielny told the Arsenal website.
‘We have been better for the past two or three weeks and we need to keep this and not to think that because we played well [previously], the results will come.
‘We need to fight on the pitch and defend together, to be better in the transition from offence to defence and from defence to attack. It is very important to keep our feet on the floor, to work and then the results will come.’
Arsenal will now return to the Premier League when they take on Burnley at the Turf Moor on Sunday.
Kick-off has been set for 17:30.
