Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick says he feels physical great following the international break and is ready to help the team rediscover their form.
The Reds Devils have won all six of the matches in which the 35-year-old has been involved in so far this season.
The English midfielder says he is finally physical fit following the international break and he now hopes to play a similarly successful part in the coming weeks and months.
‘Physically I feel fine, I feel really good in all honesty,’ Carrick told the Manchester United website.
‘You have to manage yourself a little bit more when you get older and international breaks allow me to stay fresh, but also as fit as possible for the games coming up.
‘Whatever my contribution is, whether it’s big or it’s little, then I’m ready to make it.’
Manchester United will next go head-to-head against Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday.
The match at Old Trafford kicks off at 14:30.
