Chapecoense defender Alan Ruschel has posted a video showing his first steps since surviving the air disaster that killed 19 of his teammates.

Ruschel has suffered multiple fractures as he continues his progress in a Colombian hospital.

‘Thank you, everyone, everyone worried about my recovery. This is Alan Ruschel,’ the defender says.
