For Chelsea manager Antonio Conte his side’s clash with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium will be a vital test of the Blues’ title ambitions.
Chelsea sit at the summit of the Premier League table with 31 points, just one point ahead of Liverpool and City.
Despite believing that Pep Guardiola’s side are fantastic, the Italian manager praised his players for their improving form over the past two months.
‘It’s a big test, because Man City are a fantastic team,’ Conte told the Express.
‘Now we are a different team to two months ago. It would have been very difficult to win the Tottenham game if we were the same team as two months ago.
‘I love the mentality of my players, I saw a great attitude and great commitment from all of them. I see the will to change something from the past, now it’s important to continue.’
Chelsea against Manchester City kicks off at 14:30.
